The base recipe for our pimento cheese was first created at home by Gina and Chef Hopkins. Whether it's being scooped up with our buttermilk crackers, pressed between two slices of bread, or eaten with a spoon (no one's judging) this quintessential Southern cocktail food is sure to satisfy that cheesy craving. Contains milk.
