First made to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II's coronation in 1953, this curried chicken salad has become a popular recipe worldwide. 

Curry powder, mango chutney, and sliced almonds give our recipe its trademark name. We love to have it on marble rye with crispy shallots for an extra crunch!
